In this week's meet the Maker, we have the pleasure of speaking with Jason Cohen, founder of the exciting new Microgreens Subscription Box service from Ealing Urban Farm. After discovering the huge health benefits of eating microgreens, Jason felt inspired to share the benefits, so started growing his own from an urban farm plot in Ealing, London. From seed, Jason now cuts, packs and ships 5 x varieties of freshly grown microgreens to subscribers across the country every month.
