How does uOpen work?
You can order this subscription either for yourself or as a gift for someone. With most boxes you can pay monthly, in quarterly or 6-monthly installments, or annually, so choose which option you'd prefer. Then provide us with the delivery address and your payment details, and place your order. Once ordered, uOpen liaises with the subscription box seller and they arrange for your box to be delivered directly to you.

When will the first box in my subscription be sent?

How does the subscription renewal work?
Your subscription will automatically renew every month, every 3 months, 6 months or annually, depending on what subscription term you select. The auto-renewal can be easily cancelled in your uOpen account, but must be done at least 24 hours before the renewal date, otherwise your next payment will be automatically taken.

The whole family like this box it has to be said, but it arrives on a Saturday and not much left on Sunday as it all so moreish. Good brands are featured and they do a great job of matching our preferences for vegan-based sweets and chocolate

This box came at the perfect time, its been a tough few weeks getting over covid and just when our taste and smell was coming back our first job Joob box arrived. The box was packed with lots of variety that we can't want to try. We have 2 x vegans in the house, so all the sweets we asked for are vegan which is perfect. Inside was a giant smiley emoji face lollipop, a cute jar of gobstoppers, which are both part of joob joobs own range. myself and my husband claimed the Prodigy Chunky Orange Choc bar and the amazing Bullion Single Origin Dark Chocolate. Finally 2 x big mixes of fizzy vegan sweets from SugarSin and Bear & Bee Sweet Co, a packet of Miiro Crisp Chocolate peanut hearts and then a giant pack of vegan strawberry marshmallows from the Naked Marshmallow Co. Overall, the Joob Joob box really helped lift spirits and all the brands were new to us, we'll enjoy these over the weekend and look forward to next month. Thanks so much for picking these out for us.
